If you find yourself pulling a lot of timing, you should consider removing some timing before the offending cell.
My AFR drops off the chart below 10 at WOT,,its running pig rich, what do I need to check? I have the EMU with Apexi boost controler

If the AFR goes super rich unexpectedly then it sounds like you're exceeding 100% input duty cycle.

Ok,, so should I lower the duty cycle input on the EMU or my apexi boost controller or both? (I'm sorry if this is a ridiculous question)

If the EMU input sees 100% input injector duty cycle it can't correct the injector size (assuming your using the injector method).

I got my emu hooked up stage 2.5 with gm ait, wideband, and pressure sensor. Before i change to airflow output map for speed density is it alright to use grey hazes base map even though he has stage 3 wiring? I still have stock injectors but i will put in my 550s later and use blackstleaths map when i get everything buttoned up I just wanted to test out speed density. thanks!

Probably not. Cost/hp wouldn't net you much. A SAFC should be enough to lean out WOT a bit.

So I have the intake adjustment map setup since I have a GM IAT. To make sure the EMU is using it what are the settings I need to set it for? I have it as MT_AT-1 but do I need to set the relay condition on and off temperatures? They're at 0*C right now. I had the knock signal setup using the intake temp setting. Since I'll be using the GM IAT do I change the water temperature sensor as the knock sensor? Of the three settings-water temp sensor, intake temp sensor, and knock signal I wasn't sure how to use all three or if I needed them all. I'd like to use the GM IAT which I'm hoping will take care of tune drifts since I found a good table of values for it. I do have the Scanmaster 3 that displays knock so I guess I don't necessarily need to have the EMU monitor it unless I want to have everything on the same datalog.

I've found IAT to be useful. Most people input Knock and water temp. I've had to pull fuel from low IAT temps but haven't adjusted water temp table. I don't have knock hooked up since I have a scanmaster and can just watch to see if I knock. It's usually pretty obvious where on the EMU log from afr, rpm and throttle. You won't really be able to get everything in one log anyways because EMU can't display timing, only timing advance.
