I plan to use global injector sizing for a quick way of driving my car home from work after installing my turbos/injectors...
Anyone know the injector lag time for EVO 560cc injectors??? What settings should I have on?

You happen to know what voltage our injectors opperate at. I found a lag time chart for evo560's but there is a large range from 6v to 16volts. As always, thanks for the reply blackstealth. |

Alright....finally the car and I got a little alone time. I got a chance to do a couple 3rd gear pulls tonight and here's the map/logs.
LOG File EMU Map I also noticed tonight that I have two CELs: ![]() I looked up 41, and it could be ECU/EMU/Injector Harness/Resistor Pack/etc. I read in a previous post that the EMU could possibly cause this, but I have the CEL adapter installed/soldered in. I just double checked and it seems to be installed correctly. I can tell when the CEL triggers as the car runs really rich. I have no idea about 24 though.

![]() StealthII: Your tuner did a terrible job. You're running 14.3 AFR at 14.9 PSI which will certainly lead to an engine failure. If you look at your Injector adjustment map the duty cycle should increase as your load increases, instead it's kept at a fixed number, this will make your engine run leaner as boost increases -- very bad. ![]() CEL #41 - most likely has to do with your greddy CEL adapter. The first greddy CEL adapter version couldn't fool my car all the time, but the second version works all the time. I wonder if this is the case for you. |

Wow. I didn't really get to analyze these that much last night, but if that's true, that is terrible. I'll need to richen that up ASAP. But I don't know if my LC1 is acting up or not, because I don't remember ever seeing 14 AFR on my Nexus W/B during the pulls. I just re-calibrated the LC1 a few days ago so maybe it got a bad calibration. As for the adapter, is there a model # difference between the two versions to see which one I have? I'll have to check the # when I get home. |

I don't think the wideband reading is a fluke as it was showing an okay AFR initially and then slowly went into lean territory. If it was a spike then there would only be some concern, but this wasn't a spike which is more serious.
No, Greddy didn't change the part number at all. I made my Greddy CEL adapter after someone posted the diagram on here, including part numbers for ordering. The new design includes an extra resistor and diode for each injector wire, whereas the older version did not. |
