When I switched from my AEM EMS to the ultimate, I found it easier to just sell off my AEM 3.5 bar MAP and IAT sensors and buy the greddy stuff. Emanage only supports greddy MAP sensors but that didn't stop some people from using a cheap GM MAP sensor as a substitute. In my opinion it's not worth the extra headaches substituting as the scales will be different.
If the AEM IAT is similar to the GM IAT then you could reuse that.

yea, i'm thinking about changing over to the emanage ultimate from the AEM EMS aswell.. it's a great system but there just isnt enough experience and support in my area to help me deal with the headaches...
is it possible to get things going with the emanage ultimate if you already have the car set up for speed density or do you need to set it back to stock before running a MAP sensor?.. i dont really want to go back to a MAF set-up for a few reasons..

I have a denso 720cc speed density map if you want, but keep it mind that all speed density maps are sensitive to different mods (engine Vol. Efficiency) so you'll have to fine tune it to your car.

yea, that'd be nice.. i have 720cc injectors but i havent put them on yet.. i guess i can go ahead and put those on with that map.. thanks.. you have an email i can contact you at?.. mine is antwan3000@hotmail.com
Email sent. As long as your AEM WB o2 provides a linear output it will work fine.
thanks alot..
and yea, i just read that the AEM WB O2 UEGO controller "will work with any standalone fuel controller - just feed the O2 feed wire into the controllers O2 input.".. so i guess that means it'll work...
i'll probably start converting in a couple weeks.. i'll keep ya posted on the progress..

thanks blackstealth for great info and thanks 3si for hosting it. i don't have a 3k but i do have a mitsubishi mirage 1.8 i've turboed and been tinkering with. had the blue e manage now changing it to the ultimate. planning on converting to speed density.
blackstealth i remember you saying you hooked up the plx m300 for wideband data logging did you put up a diagram for wiring it in and i miss it in the post? also you said something about opening the unit to make a change on jumpers or something when a person switchs to speed density. and with the c harness wired in is that considered stage3 wiring?
