hello guys i am new in this.. i am an automotive engineering student... i am trying to connect a toyota 3SGE engine with emanage ultimate. but i am bit confused about 2 wire.

its CP# T-11 pin out in installation manual

1. A=THA= intake manifold temp sensor
2. Ar=PIM=Manifold air pressure

i already connect Ar pin with pin 15[airflow1(voltage) input] and pin 22[airflow1(voltage) output] but i am confused about {A} pin.

i am not sure where to connect this {A} pin in emanage.

i will be greatfull if you guys help me out. thanx

I was wondering about the boomslang harness.

Will a harness for a 95 work in a 97 wiring wise?
I ask cause on the site it is a seperate option.

Also if I get a boomslang is it feasible to rewire some how to keep from using it as a stage three (so I wont get the cel) til Im ready to use the advance features?

Thanks

95 and 97 have different plugs. I've rewired my boomslang harness from stage 3 to stage 2.5.

The emanage wire (Pin 38 Purple/yellow) should be tapped into the factory IAT wire.

Hmm, I have used a 95 vr4 ecu on my 97 and it plugged right up. I just figured I would have to move some pins around.

How did you rewire it the stage 3 to 2.5, have a diagram or instruction thread?

Oh I was thinking of the 98-99 ECU that's different.

Sorry no diagram or instruction thread for going back to stage 2.5. Basically you need to study both stage 3 and stage 2.5 wiring diagrams and then you'll know what to do.

Ok, I emailed boomslang and they said the tach wire is the only difference for 94/95 - 96/97 years ultimate harness.
So I should be able to just move the pin after looking at the pinout in the manual.

Is your ignition voltage configured properly. some cars have 5V igniters, some have 12V. make sure you have selected the right one for your car internally. Also, make sure your injectors are wired in correctly. if your car requires an injector adapter (not sure if it does) you will want that on before you try to drive or tune the car. Also, make sure you hooked the EMU up to the proper wire for crank angle sensor. hooking up to the wrong wire could cause problems.

are you not getting spark? not getting fuel? Not getting ignition signal? What is the car doing?
