There's a major flaw in both your maps. Let's take the example of 4000 rpms at -5.8psi load. In the airflow map you request -43.5% of the airflow signal to be reduced which tells the ECU to reduce fuel and increase timing. Next you ask the fuel injector pulse to be extended by 80% (injector adjustment map) again raising the overall fuel delivery. This will certainly make your tune unstable to minor fluctuations and add timing unnecessarily.
Are you using stage 3 wiring because I noticed you have fuel injector correction setup at 360cc/550cc. If this is true, then using airflow adjustment map is completely unnecessary.
The only rational I can think of why anyone would do this is to avoid the "100% input injector duty cycle problem". Use Gray Haze's method to address the 100% problem, and all will be good.
Personally I would start all over, but that's up to you.
