Now, the wideband thing. Take a look at this:

Says that the white wire is to your A/F signal from the lc-1. The black wire is to ground So if you're looking at the emu side where the option ports are, the left pin is signal from the wideband, right pin is ground. Now with the LC-1, I believe that goes off the lambda value. The sensor works by giving a certain voltage on the signal wire for each value. According to their little picture, 0.0v is an AFR of 7.35 and 5.0v is an AFR of 22.39. Also says there are 2 outputs, so you'll only need to mess with one of those. As far as the settings on the emu, you will most likely just need to change the range. You can always set the other output up to your PC and use their logworks software to compare values.

When the AF harness is plugged into emanage, the white wire will be on the right hand side.

Yup that clears it up, it looks like the white wire is on the left side when looking at the emu unit.

okay, to trigger the datalogger, I will follow post #597.
but what switch do i setup in the parameters?
I have REMOTE, SW1, or SW2 (althought I thought the remote used to say SWITCH)

BTW, I just picked up the IAT sensor from Advance Auto for ~$15.

So I tried all three and none of them start the data logger.
Its messed up, If I log "Remote Switch" I can see that my switch is being recognized bythe EMU just not triggering the logger.
I guess "Remote Switch" is not the same as "Remote"?
WTF? How can I trigger my logger with a switch?

Wait! Arent there actualy 2 loggers? One internal to the EMU and one for the laptop?
maybe I am triggering the internal logger?
Whats going on?

I guess since post 597 was about the "Switch" and not the "Remote" then "Remote switch"="Switch" and I need to still find "Remote"

Oh-no Ive gone

Im so confussed, I have..
Switch
Remote
Remote Switch
Remote Switching Unit
Multi Switching Unit
External Switch
Switch1
Switch2
Dip Switch 1
Dip Switch 2
Dip Switch 3
Dip Switch 4
Option switch
switch-r-runy

The remote switch or whatever it's called is supposed to turn on the internal datalogger (never the external datalogger).

Yet Racer_X is using it as "Switch" for his launch control
another thing, no switch is needed for launch control only for "shift up"

lets say your right, how can I bring up these internal dataloggs?
are they saved somewhere?
I found out how to bring them up, its the little icon that looks like a datalogg graph with a yellow arrow on the datalog screen
