Default tuning a 94 stealth base basics

from what i ahve hear i have to retune my ecu to gain the most power from each modification i do i was wondering what the best system to use is?

You can't retune your ecu.

You can log the ECU with a proper hybrid logger. It cannot be tuned.

I think you mean just disconnecting the negative battery terminal and stepping on the brakes for 30 seconds?

If so that just resets the fuel curves for the ECU. After driving for a day or two, the computer will re-learn the way the car is using fuel with the new upgrades.

There is no need to stand on the brakes for 30 seconds to reset the ECU. If you lose memory settings on your head unit then you lost the "memory" in your ECU. One second of being disconnected will reset a ECU.
