Default Start-up AEM EMS '?'

Im finally about to do initial startup with my new setup:

Pampena 3.1L Billet internals and forged crank
IPS "Street" Heads
IPS 264 cams
IPS Titanium High-Rev Valve spring and retainers
IPS Fuel Rail/Regulator Kit
Southbend Stg 4 Clutch
RPS Flywheel (12lbs)
TD04 19t Turbos
AEM EMS
Greddy FMIC
PTE 780cc Injectors
IPS 3" Downpipe (Deletes cat)
IPS 3" Cat-back (deletes mufflers)
Walboro 255lph fuel pump
Dejon Tool Intake Pipes

Im wondering if I will be ok with setting the AEM EMS to PTE 680cc injectors as Ive seen suggested on the AEM EMS forums? And will I be ok to startup with just basic settings?

The only settings Ive messed with are injectors to 680cc, selecting the correct MAP, AIT, EGT, and Wideband sensors.

Is there anything else I need to do before I start her up? Besides unplug the fuel pump relay so I can prime the engine with oil.

Also, since I have the high-rev springs and retainers should I set my fuel and ignition cuts higher?

Ive also followed the instructions via the 3SI AEM EMS FAQ's section on wiki in regards to the Boost Fuel Correct Table and the breakpoints 500-8500
