Default Scanmaster III + MMcd logger

I have a scanmaster III and mmcd...
when i do the "test" in mmcd its telling me that the comm is good..
both set at 9600
but when i go to monitor .. no data is coming???

what gives.... i heard that the ignition must be turned on then the palm
then run mmcd?? does this matter... i will try tonight..

am i just not doing something right??

what baud did you set in the scanmaster?

did you select any data to monitor? You need to pick a few data items.

baud rate on both scanmaster and palm at at 9600

i also tried 19200

i have mmcd v1.6m

oh i need to click the variouse items.. eg: rpm, injp, knck, 02-r etc...

that was dumb... lol well the screen looks like it shld display the datas
once i click into new lol .... all this time i was like wtf?
