Smart-assed comments are my specialty when its on a subject thats been BEAT to death.
Its a TSB published by mitsubishi for the MUT-3. It includes the words "on vehicles programable." A NON-EEPROM ecu = NOT programable.
You would have to have a daughter card w/ its own eeprom so you could then change the eeprom chips out and change the tune in that method.
Even with a stock ECU, alot of the more performance enhancing mods that we do with high end piggy backs and standalones cannot be done.
