Default Problem with Emanage Blue

Well i got my boomslang harness in the mail on friday and i hooked everything up and installed the support tool. And it seems like all i can do is just watch the live data or what ever it is called. I cant import, export, or compare data. I get a error that says "Unable to communicate" "Check Connection". So my question is... what am i doing wrong? Something wrong with my Emanage?

Are you using a USB to serial adapter or something messing up your serial port?

Nope i had no adapter. I can view the Live Data. So i guess its something with the version (i had 1.25 i now have the newest 1.49). So im going to try it again this weekend and see what happens.
