Sounds like you need to lean the idle out a little.

You maybe at the outermost limit of the Trims... so its still idling at stoich.

He was saying to lean it out abit to get your trims in a more ideal range... that seems to be about 80-95 for me.

I took my car to the dyno today to get it setup properly and came across a rather confusing problem
We had the VE Table open and the TunerPro software was set to emulate and ALDL was connected. When we made changes to the table we used the "update" button to make the changes to the "black box" .....everything was working well. Then all of a sudden the update button ceased to work, so we changed to another laptop and that didn`t work either, so we reset the maftpro itself and it still didn`t work....so whats going on? anyone else had this problem?
We worked around it by updating the whole table, rather than individual cells. It has to be said that my car has never driven so smoothly and delivered power as evenly, even with a knackered boost solenoid My EVC5 has also died, so the car made 275 bhp at the fly and 297 lb/ft torque at .4 bar, so when I sort out the solenoid I`m hoping for some figures in excess of 400bhp...but we`ll have to see....I`d settle for it just the way it is at the moment to be truefull, really nice to drive
Anyone got any ideas how to rectify this or even what I`m on about?
Cheers
Lala

Mine only will not update if you attempt to update a field that hasnt been changed... make sure you change some fields THEN hit update.

Hi Rob

We had been setting up the fuelling for idle and hitting the update button worked fine, when we then started a few low power runs listening for knock is when the problem occurred. We made changes but couldn`t get them to upload to the maftpro using the update button, nothing happened. Just seemed weird that all worked initially.
Cheers

Ok... I just mentioned that because I had done the same thing before and then it stopped working... turned out its just because I wasnt changing any fields (I was just uploading to make sure it was uploaded).

Not sure what your issue is...

Oh, but you could always just use the upload current bin to emulator on the drop down....
