ok so today i tried to install the new version of the pro on the pro itself, and only loadcom3.bat would open up the proper window, then no matter what usb port i tried when holding the 2 left buttons down i could not get the next comand to work or anything. so i still have the old version of the pro on the pro itself but my software is updated. any one have any sugestions on what i could do to load the new version of the pro to the pro? because i really wanna load the new ve table that you posted bob and get a better tune with my car using my computer but i cant get the pro to even conncet to the software. god i hate computers.

btw im using a serial-usb adaptor i bought from best buy to connect to my laptop. any words of wisdom bob or rob?

Speed density is unaffected by PCV. You can run it stock, breathers, or whatever.

The blow-thru MAF guys have PCV "issues" they have to tune around.

You need to look into the windows system configuration and see what ports are recognized. Also make sure there are no other programs tying your ports up (palm hot-sync, etc.)

You may be able to configure the driver for the USB doodad to be COM1.

What brand adapter? (Belkin sux)

how is it un affected? It has air that is being sucked in aftert he speed density sensors. Therefore won't there be less vacume measured by the map sensor?

me and robbeck have great tunes on our cars right now, i've had the tpro since it was pre-ordered in the summer and it hasnt let me down, my car is a daily driver

we're both using evo 8 injectors, basically 580cc

hes running 19ts and im on 15gs

i drive my car every day, rely on it to get me to classes during the week and to visit my gf 100 miles away on weekends

this is NOT a TOY! you really can't jump on it with no prior knowledge and expect your car to run perfectly right off the bat....theres certain things you can pick up on while tuning that only come with experience. alot of the guys on here that bought the maftpro are in over their heads, hence why their cars aren't running well...

it is obviously more complicated than an afc and is definitely more along the lines of emanage and standalones like AEM and haltech, but once you get the hang of it, its like riding a bike

Yes, and I'm running the NA ecu with a twin turbo conversion, which means I have similiar low load and mid load correction as the AWD guys with 580cc injectors. I soldered all my connections, and I tune for the 80 o2 trims as Bo sugessted.

How do you get anything done with that desktop loaded to the max with all kinds of stuff. I'd get lost looking for things.
