You might try going into the low load part and raising it down low, like at 400 and 800 and 1200RPMs

Is this VE table more updated than the last one you provided? The last one I had is MUCH BETTER than the BASE map... is this still the same or yet even more improved. Anyone using this product really needs to update these VE tables as they are provided.

Bob is there an easier way to load just the VE portion of your bin into our bin, or must we type em field for field? (this is what I did last time and it was very timely... but WELL worth it).

BTW thats awesome about the IAT input into the ECU... I think I asked about that a while back cool its working out good.

So V out mode to 6 and AFL source to 1 and its done eh?

Sweet,

Rob

PS. This tool is working really well for me... its getting better everyday!

The VE table is improved some, it drives quite well.

I am using a slightly different IAT mode in this BIN.

[geek] The IAT signal is being converted to mitsu scaling and sent to the ECU, the IAT is not used in the speed density calculation. I did this by setting V Out 1 mode to 6, and airflow source to 1. It works well, and you can log the IAT with a regular logger. [/geek]

By the time I get mine installed, you can help me through the tuning process learning curve faster....:P

I recommend those new to this thing become more familiar with using the laptop and the software. I know alot want to just use the box and although it is possible I find it to be a PITA when you really want to start tweaking all these other things by using the box itself. Actually I dont even have my Pro "readily" accessible anymore... its tucked away behind the stereo and all I have exposed is the single serial cable to connect to the laptop.

Anyway you need to get into your Tunerpro software, and begin tweaking your bin. You see it in the lower left hand corner of the software... noted something like VE tables. I believe you will have to set up your ADS and XDF files as well. Changing the VE table will make you have to retune your car, the good thing is that you will have to do VERY little tuning once they become more and more improved. I have found with the latest one all I had to do is set the main correction and the car drives very well... but I think I have a LITTLE up top tweaking to do (hard to tell since we have WOT AFR tracking hehe).

I want to make a "walk thru" demo of the tunerpro. I suck as a tech writer, as many can attest, so a "movie" of what's happening on my computer (with voice over?) would make it really easy.

How do I record the computer screen, say a couple minutes.......?

Ideas?
