A vacuum leak doesn't affect the idle tune....... but it will affect the idle
speed

Well, I can get it to idle right now. It's set at +6.0 mainscale on stock injectors.

1.) Start the car
2.) wait for it to come off of high idle
3.) it starts cycling between 300 RPMs and 1200 RPMs
4.) Blip the throttle a few times and it holds steady at 900ish
5.) After some reving though it can be coaxed back into it's cycling.

YAY for step 4!!!!

Now just to figure out how to get it not to require playing with the throttle to get it to idle and getting it to stay steady.

check the connection on the tps tap at the ecu. i believe rustang had a problem with that and was causing weird problems. he soderd the tap instead of the t connector and problems went away. look into that maybe.

Guess what, mine is doing the exact same thing right now. I just started it tonight after a bunch of upgrades and it started doing this too. I am not sure that I dont have vacuum leaks though. I just started it to make sure my upgrades didn't break anything and I am installing an AEM sometime soon (so my maftpro will be for sale soon)
