ok, no, not literally, exactly with no fluxuation, but being that before the problem it idled at almost a steady 14.7 and cruised between 14.5 and 14.8 and now it is only stable at 14.3-14.5 will not ever stay at 14.6 14.7 14.8 adjust past the 14.5 and it only goes 14.3-15.2.
This is about the last unhelpful reply I'm answering.
Why freakin reply if you have nothing useful to write.

wow, i was just trying to understand your problems so i could help you..

either way, this could be part to your ecu ajusting to the change.

i used to cruise at 14.7 but had major problems with cruising (was running lean.. -43% correction with 450cc injectors) then i richened it up and the car ran ALOT better while still cruising at the same 14.7... becuase the ecu adjusted for the change

i would say your narrowband o2 sensors may need to be replaced, and that your ecu is adjusting according to them, no matter what you adjust your setting to.

if that doesnt make any sense, it 3:30 am and im tired, ask me to try to clear everything up in the morning!

hope that helps!

Turbobob do you have any literature on the HiPressure Boost controller? Just curious on how it works internally..... does it bleed anything off?

Also, is it cool to replace the huge 1/4 nipples with 3/16? ... that seems to be better inline with the hose size that I am using.

The solenoid it normally open to the wstegate. Unplug the wire and you will have low boost from the wastegate spring....

When energized, the solenoid blocks the pressure feed to the wastegate and dumps what's in the wastegate to atmosphere.

So at 50% dutycycle, assuming no other influences, you should have double the boost.

So its not a bleeder, but more like an electronic MBC that auto-adjusts.....

Np to replace the fittings.

k, thanks. I'm thinking the NB also, I drove the car from sacramento to san francisco 100mi and no change. i checked the nb o2's again with a digital voltmeter and they were where they were supposed to be at idle, but I haven't configured it to be logged throughout the rpms. I'll probably just pay the mitsu dealer 100$to scan my ecm and hopefully be done with it since the craftsman scanner at the auto shop doesn't give you all the codes. The MAFT Pro was an ok gamble replacing the stock maf, since it's an upgrade I eventually wanted. But I'm done gambling now, crapped out. sorry it was even later in the morning for me

Well I am moving slowly but surely. I made a little support bracket for the Boost Solenoid, using a vacant M6x1.0 bolt hole already tapped in the coolant filler neck. I also drilled/tapped a M4x.70 thread into the head of the M8x1.25 bolt holding the ground wire and metal vacuum line to the rear firewall to use to bolt on/support the MAP sensor.

Just supplying a couple pics for those wanting an idea or option to mount these things (esp. for those with all stock stuff in place still).
