Thanks for that Rogue. I'll give it a try.
Is all this stuff in the new latest manual, a la RogueAnt?
What do you think of my bin file?
It looks odd at low manifold pressures coz my RC injectors are pretty
lazy! lol

IT'S CAMBELT DAY! LOL
TOMORROW, I WILL NO LONGER BE A VIRGIN!! LOL
And hopefully, will still have a car that works! lol

Doesn't look too odd. Most larger injectors have a decent amount of dead-time. In fact your VE MAP looks pretty good. Are you still on stock turbos? Did you tune the load/rpm cells individually?

And yes the drop-throttle stuff is in the new manual - I'm pretty sure I got everything updated to Version 5.03. And will try to stay more 'on-top' of updates as Bob releases them.

Good luck on the Timing belt change - remember to check everything a few times, and I would turn then engine by hand a couple of rotations before you start it. Just to make sure nothing is hitting.

I've got hybrid TD04 turbos from 3SX. The bigger of the two that they do.
I didnt tune every cell individually, just the part throttle ones. When I've done the cam belt I'll be more aggressive with the loud pedal. lol

I'm half way through the cam belt change, and I had a bit of heart stopper.
When I took the cover off the cam belt, it was slack!
Between the front bank inlet cam sprocket and the rear, as it loops under the water pump drive pulley, it was well loose. Then, when I turned the crank to line up the sprocket marks, it sorted itself out. I think I'm pretty lucky I decided to do it when I did. Skipped teeth were on the menu! lol

back again with the problem im having with my 92 VR4 running in SD mode, using stock 02 sensors, LC-1 for the maft-pro everything prior to my problem(s) was tuned to perfection. now all of a sudden my LC-1 resets itself when the AC is on,, so I moved the ground to another location,, seems somewhat better, however when I hit boost it won't go past 5 psi and you get a stumble, stutter very undriveable, i've checked connections, installed new TPS sensor properly... thinking that was the problem.
it went away for about 3 days then comes and goes. so tonight as Im driving home, and around 3000rpm start gently moving/giggling the 10 pin connector on the MAFT-pro unit and sure enough bam!!! i hit 12 psi car feels normal again, so Im suspect the MAP sensor wire is suspect, possibly the TPS input as well. anything else this could be? any suggestions, what to look for, etc, etc.. I know the blue wire is the TPS wire, which wire(s) are for the MAP sensor??
any help, info is greatly appreciated in advance

Have you tried datalogging while it does this and looked for anything out of the ordinary?

Take a look at the last page in the manual here:

T-Pro Manual

It will show a pin-out for the T-Pro. Then I would look at the plug and see if any of the contacts have been 'stretched-out'. You might need to take a needle and bend them inward some.

Who here uses the WOT tracking?

I got a good tune then tried to turn the tracking on and it did more bad than good.

I am tuned for 11.0-11.3 and with the tracking set to 11.1 it will add fuel when it see's 11.3 but then it will throw too much and hit about 10.8 than it will take away fuel again and hit 11.5 ect...

It really did a number on me in first gear too since first goes by so quick it has no chance to catch up. The run started off lean at 4000-5000 rpm and then started to richen up but with the tracking adding 20% on top of my tune to try to compensate for the lean 4-5k I got flooded and started to sputter at 6k.

Am I doing something wrong or does the tracking not work too well under WOT?

My gain is set for 20, lean max is 15 and rixh max is 25

WOT tracking works great - but needs a little setting up.
Your Gain is way to high - this causes the AFR to oscillate and over-shoot the target.

Try this:

AFR Min TPS: 3.5v
AFR Min RPM: 2624
AFR Min Load: 166.5
AFR Tracking, Enable Delay: .1
AFR correction gain: 4

Ok, I will try the gain setting. I read that 20 is a good setting but that must be only part throttle. That makes sence.

I have my AFR tracking enable delay at 0, will setting it to .1 change anything?
