Does PTT affect anything before the 5 minute start-up time. My car was running fine for a change (had idle problems before) and after adjusting the PTT settings (which work great) it now has cold startup issues. Richened up the afterstart and it made it worse (at least one time...it's not a consistent issue). However I don't think I should have to change anything since nothing besides PTT changed.

PTT doesn't affect anything until the start delay has expired. The time is set up by the Enable Delay parameter. This number 0-100 is a percentage of the normal 5 minute wait at start-up. This start-up delay is roughly 5min at idle, shorter if driving around and real short if there are any WOTs.

Hmm, ok. Should I try to get the bugs worked out of the MAFT-Pro and get the car tuned now, or wait till the FMIC and new turbos are installed, then try to work all the added bugs at the same time? Cuz, you know, every mod adds its own bugs
