make sure you didn't unplug something when you installed the grounding kit.

If the grounding kit shifted your tune a noticable amount, then something's not right....

I would look thru the sensor readings on the sensor monitor page of the Pro and make sure nothings goofed up there.

Thanks Bob, I'm having a moan on the 16AFR thread aswell.
All this stuff went in the car over six months ago now, and it has not
run right since. I'll have to get the multimeter out at the weekend and check everything. It all points to electrics in my mind.

I may have missed it somewhere, but is there a cold idle enrichment setting somewhere? My car likes to idle at and around 17 a/f cold, but once warm dips back into the appropriate 14:7-15:3 range. I have PT tracking disabled if that helps?

hey everyone, im new to the maf pro. i have the basic mafT and looking forward to getting my pro. how ever i have a few questions regarding the maf pro.

First off. iv been reading post after post and thread after thread and im pretty confident in using/tuning it.

questions:
1. when tuning WOT or High load settings can you just basicly get it within a good range and have it auto correct using the WB02? yes i have a compatible one.

2. im a cautious guy and always need to be scanning my gauges, datalogger, ect. while driving. so i want my maf pro in a location that i can glance over at when need be. where do you have them located? i read in this thread several times that they are big. i was thinking about making a custom overhead panel where my dome light is out of fiberglass. the wires come out in a wierd place.

3. does it illuminate?

Thanks guys, i plan on buying it and installing it with in a month or so. probably around the time i do my turbos.

1. Yes you can use the AFR Tracking to accomplish this.

2. As far as gauges or sensor read outs on the MAFT-Pro, they are kind of small, so I wouldnt recommend trying to read them while driving. Would probably be best to get a Scanmaster, and mount it on top of your steering column trim so you can see it and your rpm's/speedo.

3. Yes the Display is illuminated, but unfortunately the buttons are not.

How does the MAFT react if you have it setup for AFR tracking, but leave the stock O2 sensors plugged in?
