most everything is easier to find over at the fullthrottletech.com site.

If need be, I'll post it here again.

for a complete update you need:
tpro489.s19 the actual software file (4.89 is the latest version)
update.exe the program to transfer the file
load480.bat a clickable file to trigger update.exe to send the file.
tpro4800.xdf the tunerpro definition file if you want to tune from a laptop
tpro4800.ads the tunerpro logging definition file if you want to log from a laptop
the latest tunerpro if you want. you can get it from www.tunerpro.markmansur.com

I think thats it.

Bob,
Just a question out of curiosity. The maft pro boost control solenoid looks surprisingly similar to the aem one. Are they one and the same or is it just a coincidence?

what a dilema im in, I'm at a relatives house for the holidays, Have 2 issues going on with my 92 VR4 using speed density. Bare in mind, I have 720cc injectors, running 42psi fuel pressure. I setup the car using the basic 3s setup instructions; also have the proper mainscale setting according to formula mentioned in this thread along with common sense, again using 720c injectors, my mainscale should be -.50 right?? Car did start, but ran ridiculously lean, in order to get the car to run somewhat stable a/f but idle is jumpy, the mainscale was set at -.15. I know Im knew to this, but shouldn't the initial settings along with my mainscale figure of -.50 put me running halfway decent?

Also being at an out of town relative's house for the holidays, I wanted to try to upgrade to the newest version of tunerpro along with the new bin files, xdf, etc as mentioned in the previous posts. However, their internet connection is very slow and something def. up with it, anyway some one could email me either 4.80 or newer in the form of an attachment??

thanks so much in advance

Mightymoose, you're not alone. I'm running 620 Evo injectors and I've had to put my mainscale at 0 and most of my mid and high range settings at +24 to +28 to get a proper A/F on the wideband. I even re-did the fuseblock on the fuel pump hotwire, installed a new high presser Walbro 255 fuel pump, and a new fuel filter, to no avail. Fuel pressure gauge inside the car is showing the expected rise in FP with boost. Unless ALL my injectors are clogging up, I have no idea why I have to set the MAF Pro so rich.

Start with the basics are all the readings correct on the sensor display page?

What is the Pro calculating for airflow at idle / cruise?

Is it lean at part throttle cruise, WOT, etc?

Did you always have these injectors? If you had others (my memory is foggy) did the settings get strange when you changed injectors or were there other changes at the same time?

I think alot of my problems could be the fact the maft-pro had the first software version. Always had these denso 720cc injectors, ran fine with my ARC 2 setup. All my sensors are setup correctly, don't have the actual values in front of me(car is about 50 miles away)I just updated to the newest version of tunerpro, soon as I do a few logs with that, I'll post up some results. However; and again Im so new to this, sorry for asking a thousand questions, the only thing I do not have are the initial setup for the 4.80 files, would one setup just as they would for the earlier versions? Perhaps just a basic BIN file? I know I can enter in manual on the unit itself, just curious if anyone has a basic file to build with as a good reference point?

thanks again

Correct me if Im wrong, don't I need the associated BIN file for the 4.80 software in order to perform a log? If so, does anyone have a link to the bin file, or a copy of it?

thanks again
