OK, you maftPro guys have well over 200 pages now
Can some of you give the reasons you chose the translator Pro over the other options? I was just about to buy an emanage or eman.Ultimate, until I spoke with the tech at fullthrottle today. He brought up a few points that got my attention. I need something that will compliment my new Venom Nitrous system, also, I'm quite interested to be able to plug in a wideband controller, click "tune thyself" and be able to safely run the car... How well does this "auto tune" work, what all will I need to effectively setup and run what's in my sig modlist? Is this a better choice than Emanage/emanage Ultimate for tuning noobs? $400, $180 wideband controller, plus a handful of inexpensive GM parts and NO LATOP looks mighty appealing. Is anyone here considering selling their MAFTPro to move up to bigger/better or latest/greatest? |

I found a deal on a laptop with serial and usb ports. it's running windows 2000 it's 150mhz, 96 mb, 15g hard drive, has cd and floppy drives. and it's dirt cheap. is this sufficient for using with MAFTPro?
