put about 10 % afterstart in.
Be sure you have selected VE table 2. (this helps the drop-throttle stalling) Turn Wideband tracking off for initial tuning. Tune the mainscale for about 13.* - 14.2 when cruising and slight acceleration. Then use the low load page to tune the idle to about 13.5 - 14.5. For best driveability, tune to the rich side and let the Pro lean it out. Then, after it runs decently, turn the Part Throttle Tracking back on. Bob

Here's my problem, something is causing the tune to drift. I set the mainscale for what it should be mathematically (-35.5%) and it will idle for a short time right around 14.7-15.2 AFR. Then the tune continues to drift towards 12.8-13.2 and doesn't even respond to the changes I'm making. I've taken the mainscale all the way or max correction (-64.0%) just for the hell of it and nothing happens. It should kill the car but it sits at 13.0.
Bob, you have chance for a phone call? I'm local, I'll PM you my number.

Did you try the ECU reset? Bob is pretty busy. You're results won't be instant. Set it to what it should be, reset your ECU, then drive a little while logging. Then tune off of your log. You're not going to get anywhere playing with your idle settings. Your car will idle different then it drives everywhere else. You want your mainscale to be correct for almost everything. If you adjust it just for idle, then your car will only be right for idle.

Wow, that's confusing....The SAFC is really unnessecary. This setup allows for very find adjustments. I don't see why you couldn't run speed density and "adjust" the output signal with the SAFC....but it'd be redundant and overcomplicated. |

OwnGTP, the ECU is not learning anymore if the O2 sensors are disconnected. What did you set for Vehicle Select?
