Alright, i got things mostly worked out... The functions are listed in the manual, but not all of the terminology in the manual is the same as the terminology in that diagram, so it wasn't exactly clear to me where things went, even with the manual. Still i reasoned it all out, and i think it's correct, but if i get around to it i think i'm going to make a diagram that's more clearly labeled because if it had been, this would have been a much more straightforward process. Still, i have one wire that i'm unsure of; pin 1 of the 6 pin sensor harness, the red +5v to MAP sensor wire... Where does that go? It seems to be left off the diagram completely...

The Red is not typically used on a 3S.

If using the Plug-and-Play Speed Density harness, that harness has a red wire to power the MAP sensor. If using the 2G/3S Speed Density harness, the MAP sensor gets its power from the MAF plug underhood.

What about the Yellow wire, on the 10pin harness, using a PnP Speed Density harness?

If you want to be able to run a MAF (translator mode or AFC mode) then splice into the MAF signal wire. Yellow wire connects to the engine side of the cut, Green goes to the ECU side.

This is in the MAFT Pro manual Connection diagrams

I think I get it. I'm not going to run the MAF Sensor at all. I'm going strictly Speed Density, and using the PnP SD Harness.

With that being said, I won't need to splice the Yellow Wire into the MAF signal wire. I just have to connect the Green to the ECU side correct?

That is correct. You can use the yellow wire to log spark advance if you want. Or you can splice it to the MAF signal and log the MAF reading to help tuning......

Lots of options.

To log the MAF reading, I would splice the Yellow wire, to the Green Wire, then Splice those to the ECU Side?

If you do it that way you would be logging the output of the Pro.

Splice the MAF wiring, connect the yellow to the engine side, the green to the ECU side.

Not trying to be difficult but how would that work? If I'm running Speed Density, with the PnP harness, the MAF is Disconnected. The MAF signal wire will not get any signal, because the MAF Sensor is not plugged in right?

Wait, or are you talking about running SD, but leaving the MAF connected. That's the only way I can think of.
