1. I've got your overclocked ECU that goes to 8400rpms...the maft-pro only goes to 7600. Anyway to change that?

2. How hard will it be to get more than 5 degrees of timing advancement? I know right now I'm gonna want to advance it more than that.

Any comment bob?

eventually we want to have selectable RPM points, the software is set up to allow it eventually.... how much is your tune going to change from 7600 - ~8200 ...?

I am able to put more than 5 degrees in the advance side, but for now, you should be able to add a few degrees with the CAS, and use the pro to retard timing. One step at a time....

ok im quite upset with my maft-pro right now. my tune seriously changes daily. I have all the wires solder into my ecu and for the life of me i cant get my idel to the propper place. when i 1st start the car it idles perfect at 14.7-14.9, then 10min later its at 16.0-17.0. driving down the road at 40mph in 4th gear my car is at like 15.8-16.7 and wont change no matter what i do in the ve table or in the mid-lo sections. then in 6th gear at 75mph my af is at 13.7-14.4 while cruisng and if i acclerate the slightest bit the af drops to like 12.0-12.4. this also happens when i accelerat in any gear except 1st.

i cant get any of these things to change for the life of me. but my idle changes daily and so does my wot. its rediculous and i really want to fix this.

where is your IAT mounted?

What version are you running?

What are your trims doing at cruise? (main trim and O2)

My car is very consistent, so I know we can tune yours in.....

i think i have a loose wire in the connections where it plugs into the pro.

cuz today i pulled it out from behind my dash and started messing with the wires. it imeditaly went super rich at idle, and i had to adjust everything to get it back to normal.

so we will see if that actually is the problem. if it is how should i fix this? solder the wire in the connectors?

Drop me a PM, and I can send you some connector pins.

Generally, the connections to the vehicle harness are where we see the intermittants. The connectors on the Pro are the same kind as used in PC power connections (internally) and are supposed to be excellent.....

I too have this same issue. My pro is in my center console and some times when I pull it out to change a setting, my car will start to stumble. As soon as I push the connectors back into the pro hard, the stumbling goes away.
