all 1996 and newer vehicles are OBD2.

Your swap will still be an OBD1 vehicle. Currently in its 1994 state, it is what we call a "hybrid" as it requires a different datalogger than an obd2 datalogger, and the standard OBD1 MUT datalogger doesn't work right off the bat, there is an initialization protocol that has to occur to make a hybrid output data in the OBD1 MUT format.

After you swap to the 1G TT harness, it will use all OBD1 MUT datalogging hardware. Use something like TMO.
