I am running a Gen 1 MAFT so it is liveable. Much better than before I made the changes.

No more CELs. I fixed the vacuum leak. The Boost/Vacuum guage now reads --14Hg. The car doesnt idle as bad. What i did to my PCV i ran them both to the Vacuum source the front PCV valve uses. It gives me a much stable idle. I have the idle settings on the GENII at 12.0for idle and 2.0 for filtration. What would be the best settings to give me the most stable idle?

this is going to pull a vacuum on your crankcase, some guys think this is a good thing, some don't.

Krank Vents do this, and there are lots of guys running them.

The idle filter is for those guys that have their MAF really close to the radiator fan and get a lot of turbulence.

You probably don't need the idle filter.

Does leaning out the idle raise it? Finally got her to run and idle perfect.

leaning out the idle might raise it, it depends on Mitsu's idle strategy.

Sounds like you are getting things worked out.

What are some good basic settings for the AFR tracking? I just got my wideband back and have just hooked up the wideband to the GenII. As of right now I have my mainscale back to -20 for the 450s.. and everything else cleared, in the AFR tracking, I have things set at about 12.0 desired AFR I think... for 2000, 3000, 4000 rpms.. I'm having some pretty bad lag when I get on it.. seems like it bogs down real bad, and then after a few seconds, shoots up to full boost.. Its been about a month or so since I've really messed around with the GenII, so I just set it back to -20 and started from there.. looks like Im running to about 12.0 afr at WOT around 4500rpm.. so thats not too bad I dont think.. 15psi of boost. I'll have to pull some more logs, but I'm just trying to see if I should go up or down on the fuel adjustments, etc.

thanks.

maybe its time to replace that fuel pump.. seems like when I have the mainscale set around -15 or -16 I get a much better response, so maybe the pump just isnt enough for the 450s.. ill be getting that upgraded pretty quickly here.

Set at -16, I still have to add fuel at high and mid load, so I think this is just confirming my thoughts..

Ok, new pump is in, 3.5" MAF is in.. train track of tbolts are on.. everything looks good and solid. I've 0'd everything out and set my mainscale to -19.. at 15psi I get real good results.. if I go to 16 or 17psi.. it seems like Im getting maybe spark blow out or something? seems like above 15psi it sputters just a little and really has no additional power, could this be a tuning issue, spark plugs maybe? I'll get some logs up hopefully this weekend.
