the GenII uses an adapter cable to connect the MAF to the stock 3S sensor connector. Then you splice the GenII into the ECU, 10 wires I believe.

How do you combat fuelcut using the GenII? I also have a question regarding the gray and brown wires. Do i hook them up. It runs awesome, but the idle is like a pair of 272s when im stock.

fuel cut is combatted by running larger injectors,

gray and brown wires are not used if running the stock MAF, if you are running a GM maf, then you need to connect them.

give me the rundown on your setup and we can figure out the idle.

what are your trims reading?

I have the Dejon Ypipe with dual intakes and a Synapsis BOV running open. Ima try to solve the vacuum leak between the throttlebody and intake mani. I put my finger over the leak and it doesnt make a difference. Ill see when i hook up the two wires if it goes away. I thought you only hook em up if your going with a MAP sensor. The translator currently reads idle jumping between635 and 765. O.2V reads 0.4-0.6V the maf reads 44hz at idle. i have the idle usertune to +4

running a blow-thru MAF makes the PCV system into a source for vacuum leaks. This creates lean idle conditions that need to be tuned out.

How are your crankcase breather and pcv lines connected?

I'm soon going blow-through, as you could tell, I just changed my PCV valve a few weeks ago, what should I be on the look out for here? I was thinking of just putting breathers where the vent to intake pipes were..

that will work. you just need to richen the idle some.

DSM guys and guys with really worn out engines have been known to drill out their PCV valves to increase scavenging of the blow-by. In a blow-thru setup this adds additional 'vacuum leak' flow. So, just use a stock PCV valve to the intake, and a breather for the vent tube.

I drilled out the PCV valve and routed the front and rear bank to catch can with a breather. I closed the line going to the manifold so I wouldn't pull in any unmetered air.
