Default logging wideband issues

Ok I finally properly hooked up my aem to my egrt. I wired in the 0-5v to the pin at the ecu connector and grounded the wideband next to the ecu and radio. My reading is off still, I dont get it. I downgraded to mmcd 1.6n so I have the proper scale on the logger.

What could I possibly be doing wrong?

Also I noticed when I turn the wideband on there is a high pitch tone, does that mean there is some sorta interference? Should I try different grounding spots? What about grounding the wideband to the ecu ground (the same one the safc is tapped into)?

Is there anyone that knows if I can ground the wideband to the ecu wire? Everything I have read about wideband logging says to ground it where I currently have it grounded but thats not working for me.

So I grounded the wideband to the ecu ground and that changed nothing, it seems like if I ground it anywhere around the ecu it doesent work properly and I get a high pitched tone from the gauge. The gauge and wideband are close but they dont seem to change the same (one sec its dead on the next it's .5 off) and I can't get a solid low reading. Basically when doing a wot pull if I watch my gauge I see 10.8, 10.8, 10.9, 11.0, 10.8, 10.7, 11.1, ect.. kinda thing and my logger will read 11.4 all the way though. It's almost like the logger doesent read any lower.

I have just grounded it back to where it was before, the same ground my boost gauge uses and the high pitched tone has gone away but I do want to get it logging properly as it obviously doesent when grounded like it is.

What could possibly be going on? Doese it matter where the 12v source comes from? From all the reading I have done the 12v source was never mentioned.

Someone????????????????????????

Couple things....what is an "egrt"?
What kind of WB are you using?

I know with the AEM WB guauge type, the gauge will read different from the log, becaue hooked up correctly you have to cal the WB to the AEM by unhooking it and adjusting the offset till a certain voltage is reached. Often this reads a different on the guage then on AEM's screen. But that should be nbd, I'd trust the log over the gauge.

The egrt is an unused 0-5v feed into the ecu on most 3s's that you can hook the wb out signal to log. I am using aem, and there is no calibration on the unit. You can only change the readout by turning a very small knob inside the gauge. And yes I even tried that but the logger still read the same.

I do appreciate the input as it seems no one else wants to help me but I don't think you understand what I mean.

I think you need 1.6m

I tried 1.5d even and it was the same. Even the raw 0-5 volt was off not just the scaleing but this no longer concern's me as I am logging the wideband with my maft-pro which is accurate.
