Default Failed Emissions, need advise with eManage Blue Tune

Hi Guys,

I had my car emission tested yesterday, it failed so badly.
Here are the results.

@2500 RPM

HC ppm: Limit (200) | Reading (593) FAIL
CO %: Limit (1.00) | Reading (9.99) FAIL

@ IDLE

HC ppm: Limit (200) | Reading (764) FAIL
CO %: Limit (1.00) | Reading (3.86) FAIL

I knew the car would fail, but I wanted to know how bad.
The tester said the car is running extremely rich.

The car is horrible on gas milage even though I've only driven it 64kms since I've got it back, the gas needle has made a big move

All my upgrades are in my sig.

I've never played with the eManage blue, my tuner did all the work on the dyno.
Here's my dyno chart. Just a note, this is one of my dyno charts, the car is actually tuned to 11.8 AF

My MBC needs to be replaced as it does not hold boost.

I wanna retune the car to 11.3 AF, can there be anything done to improve the car since its running so rich.

I logged the car with the HHH loggers.

Fuel Trim Low = 71.8%
Fuel Trim Middle = 78.1%
Fuel Trim High = 99.2%

Both o2 sensors show the same results.
Driving between 3000 and 5000 rpms, the o2's are at 0.5v and 0.9v

Oxygen Feedback Trim is steady at 100%

Injector Pulse Width:
@ 2000rpms = 4.60ms
@ 4700rpms = 11.28ms
@ 5200rpms = 8.95ms

Knock Sum = is always shows 0

Timing advance:
@ 750rpms = 25*
@ 2000rpms = 36*
@ 4750rpms = 47*

Thanks

take away fuel....

Don't touch wot as thats not tested you only have to lean out your low throttle. Do you have a datalogger? If so whats you trims at? If you don't have a logger you will need one.

edit* did you re-install your cat?

Yes, the cat was on the car when tested.
I have the HHH logger. I can log the trims tonight when I get home.
Anything else I should log?

sit in the parking lot befor ya go into the lanes with the car on idle for about 20 min or if your in the lanes do not turn your car off and make sure it stays on for at least 15-20 min
by then your cat will be so hot it will be burning everything

i went from fail to super clean and thats all i did

turning you car off while your in the lanes will keep your cat cool and it will not work as well also taking your car around the block and trashing it will not make it hotter either

just let it sit and idle

I did that, I drove the car for 15 mins before I got there. And it sat at idle for another 10 mins.
When he started the test, it went thru cycle one. If failed the first test, then he let it sit at idle for 5 mins. Then he started cycle two. Then it failed
Right from the begining he said it would fail cause he could smell the gas in the exhaust.
I know the car is running rich cause the gas needle is moving down so fast and I'm not driving hard either
I guess the tuner has to retune the car big time....

take away fuel and boost? they dont measure power so i dont think it would hurt. i think you could run it lean for just the test, bring your compy with you to change the map then change it back after the test. then again i may be completely wrong as i have no clue to the workings of the emanage. though you did mention a MBC that would be a hard thing to get right the first time, i would get your tuner to make a lean tune with low boost and little fuel so you can change it.

There not testing wot. Don't listen to this guy.

The only thing you need to do is remove fuel from your low load settings thats it. Now how much depends on your logger, I bet your trims are 81.2% if your running as rich as you say you are and if there not your o2 might be bad.

The starting point is your trim values and then we can go from there.

Can this be done, or am I totally off?
Can I have the tuner, tune my eManage so I ran at one boost level but drive it as a daily driver. Meaning, during low rpms and day-to-day driving the car would be tuned like it was stock, and when I wanted to run it hard, in boost over 4000rpms, the car would drive with all the beefed up upgrades.
The reason I ask is, with these gas prices, I don't want to be at the gas station every other day dishing out $120's fill the tank.

^ i did state they are not measuring for power(WOT) "take away fuel and boost? they dont measure power so i dont think it would hurt."(which is obvious they arent going for WOT)

and if the emanage is anything like an AEM im sure they can make you some maps for daily and beefed up, just cost you dyno runs.
