Default Can you get away tuning with just base injector size correction?

I'm not looking to make a huge jump in injector size, just stock to 450cc (actually through stepping up the fuel pressure). You can pick up an old school apexi AFC with just 1 the knob that allows you to do +/- 50% overall correction for DIRT cheap.

Would it be absolutely silly to get one and just turn the correction down like 20%? Clearly you don't get the BEST tune, but would it run alright?

Back in 1996 when my VR4 was new this was pretty much your tuning option, lol

see thats what I was thinking, I wonder how effective those 1 knob devices can really be. They're only like $50 though. It would probably be worth it to just get the SAFC gen 1

the old shitty afc with one knob can only do (-10,+20), or (-6,+21) depending on which version, so that won't work.

but the one with 5 knobs should do the trick. (companion AFC to the S-ITC).

i love old school japanese electronics.

You mean to tell me what you want something even more primitive than an Arc II, after what happened the last time you had a bunch of knobs from the early 90s controlling your engine ????

lol, I'm not trying to tune injectors 100% larger with it this time though just like 15-20%.

Don't worry, I'm gonna get a better unit

you can always get an SAFC I with the digital display for about $100.00.

Although, my tune is pretty much the base injector correction across the board.
