Default Assitance with PROM maftuner

Ok I got it installed and got the car to idle and run pretty ok, no stalls or anything. It feels slower than stock maf when I put the maftuner in. Im a little confused.

With the stock maf, and my narrowband o2 cycles at idle and cruise, goes rich during accel, and it randomly does lean or rich during decel. You can hear it in the exhaust note aswell under decel.

With the Maftuner, I got it to cycle at idle, but only until the gas is touched. After the first time you apply the pedal, until the car is turned off and restarted, it will run rich. At idle, cruise, decel or accel its rich. I tried to tune down the inj at the main box, and it wont idle. I tried to use the pots, slowly lowering each one individually and its not giving me any results.

Any help is appreciated.
