Thats it. Cars out of the shop everything is in place and she runs beatifully.
Now comes the AEM over this weekend. I would really appreciate any help in a base map for me.
My mods are:
DR650 turbos
HKS 2" i/c pipes
HKS intercoolers
DN Y-pipe
Greddy S BOV
no egr
3" ATR catback with no precats , with hi flow main cat
stock injectors to be replaced with 580cc
Supra fuel pump
Ross racing fuel rails with AEM fpr

I also have the AEM UEGO dual band o2 sensors
the GM 3 bar sensor
and the AEM ait sensor

If possible , to have the map ready for boost up to 20-22 psi.

Thank you thank you thank you

Depending on your Y-pipe (or throttle body pipe if you have a FMIC) material depends on what time of bung you will need. If you have an Aluminum pipe, like the DNP Y-pipe, then yes you will need an AL bund (I can make you one and/or weld it on for you if you wish).

Most FMIC's use a steel thottle-body pipe in which case you can just go raid the plumbing department for a bung and weld it in.

Let me know if I can be of anymore help.

Never used the internal log. Just hit the F6 key when you are connected and you will continue to log until you hit the F6 key again or you run out of disk space on your computer! Once you save the file you can open up the AEMLOG program and graph your log.

Unless the pipe is super-thin, just drill and tap the pipe to match the sensor and screw it in. Worked fine on my DN Y-pipe and also on my stainless steel CustomCoach upper intercooler pipe.

I was hoping the internal datalogger was large enough to capture a short drive so I wouldn't have to lug a notebook everytime. I can't leave the notebook inside the car cuz it's too valueable, so I have carry it with me..
I guess I'll have to play with the capture rate to see if it could be made more useful.

Just set it to trigger the internal logging only when you are under boost so that you are logging the parts that matter the most if you aren't able to have your laptop all the time.

I'd get the tune set fairly tight though before not dragging along the laptop.

alright im hooked, now i need one....

where are you guys getting the AEM IAT and 3.5 Map Sensors? and how roughly how much are they? i know the EMS is expensive along with the WBo2's ... another question i have that has been asked but not really answered, is does the AEM react well with other devices controling boost ie EBC/MBC ??? because i would still like to keep a low and high boost setting, and can the EMS handle two different maps for 2 different boost settings?
