Default Re: AEM 3.5 bar MAP install

both a female and male come with the 3.5 and 5 bar map sensors, the true AEM sensor's not the GM wanna b's

I always tap it into the clutch assist lint on the T-belt side of the intake, then just feed the clutch off of the brake booster feed, makes for a clean factory type install

Yes, but for some reason my AEM gauge does not match my AEM logs...

had that problem with my FJO first make sure (and yes I mean to actually check them) all connections are tight and correct, then there is a formula for compensation with the gauge, I know with the FJO you do not want it to have anything to do with the AEM EMS except for the signal, as in using different power and ground for the control unit separate from the EMS

mine was off by almost a point and a half before I redid all the wiring to it

Any chance you have a diagram/pic of how your FJO was wired in?
I have a friend who is getting his FJO and EMS this week and wants another way to hook it up. My FJO is using the stock rear O2 harness ..cut at the connector where she meets over the valve cover , in order to use the stock O2 harness connector plug.

So is this a cheaper gauge? I am going to be buying the dual uego and just need a gauge to hook up to that controller. It is my understanding that the gauge they have available has a built in controller and costs alot of $$$.. something like this still out there? Cost?
