Default AEM UEGO vs. Innovate LC-1, which is better?

i'm planning on buying a wideband O2 sensor kit next month and i was wondering if one or the other was better? i would like to connect the wideband to my emanage ultimate and it looks like the LC-1 has an extra wire that can do just that without extra splicing. They both cost about the same, the LC-1 being slightly cheaper. i see a lot of people using the aem uego and was wondering if either one is better.

one thing about the LC-1 tho, in the pix i've seen, it has 1 jack for the analog signal while the emanage requires 2 wires (+ and -) to be wired. if i cut the jacket off the LC-1 jack, are there 2 wires i can connect to for the emanage?

Thanks,
Tri

I initially installed my WB02 into emanage using only 1 wire (signal). Months later I attached the ground wire and it made no difference, so you can get away with just a 1 wire install on emanage.

AEM in my experience is MUCH more reliable. I can't remember a situation in which I tuned a car with a 100% properly working LM1.......ever.

yikes! question for you guys: on the AEM, would it mess up the signal if i tapped off the output wire and ran it to my emanage and the gauge display?

The AEM wideband gauge has an output wire specificlly for sending the 0-5V signal to other electronics.

odd bcause i use the lm1 and never had a problem with it. in fact i have 2 of them and love them also used 3 lc-1 with no problems what so ever (other than one i let the connector full soaked in water because it was behind the tire in the middle of winter.) oopppss.

but they warrantied it when i didnt buy it from them and without a receipt even after i cut it open to see if i can fix it.

innovate all the way.

so the LC1 would be easier to work with?

That comment was made when the old AEM WB units were not linear. I would just grab an LC1 and call it a day.
