Default About maft gen 2

This may sound like a silly question.. but I have to ask since I am very very new to tuning..
Can I tune this while the vehicle is running? Or, do I have to stop every time I want to make an adjustment?

Also, how to you tune the A/F ratio at idle? Where do you tune it from?

any help would be appreciated!!!
Thanks guys

Don't tune on the fly. Wait 5 seconds for it to save any changes you made. For all the info you need go to Maft Gen2 Anyone thread ,under ecu tuning.
This tuner is soo easy it was my first time too.

thanks,

I just tuned my mainscale to -20%. I have 550 injectors and I know I should be tuning it to around 35%..but when I tune it to 35% the A/F ratio goes way lean.. I mean out of range..I tried messing with the after start..but it didn't help alot.. Is this ok??

At idle, midrange,or WOT? Are you running blowthru? Running blowthru leans out idle so you got to tune out on usertune, not on mainscale.

Thanks for the info.
I am actually running stock maf.
now.. this may sound silly again.. can you verify lo, mid, and hi load tuning for me?
The instruction says it depends on how hard you drive.. but how are you supposed to say whats soft, moderate, and strong?

if my wideband shows 14.0 at around 2000 rpm cruising, then do I tune the 2200rpm of lo load?
I just don't know where to tune it.
Help me out guys~
thanks,
