On my way home from Jersey I saw a black 97/98 with no plates (which was very odd to me) around the 304 mile marker on the PA Turnpike going west bound.

It was too dark to see much and I doubt it was a 3s entusiast as I dont even think he realized there was a blue Stealth running right next to him.
