Actually I saw a burgundy stealth at the dunkin donuts in Newberry. A college age blonde was driving it. Any idea if it's someone on the list?

Well not counting the 7 in our family I have seen 5. A 91-93 base or es that looks like as$, 94-96 base, 91-93 R/T TT 91-93 R/T, and a nice 94-96 R/T or R/T TT at cinemark when there were the F&F movies. Our Family has 1991 SL, Auto, DOHC, green, 1991 base, SOHC, auto, black. 1991 R/T, 5spd, DOHC, red. 1991 VR-4 ¿6spd?(such a sloppy tranny we don't know but I believe it's 6), DOHC, red. 1993 ES, DOHC, 5spd, red. 1994 R/T, 5spd, DOHC, silver. 1995 R/T, 5spd, DOHC, red. I own the 91 R/T but I keep trying to bargain with my mom for the VR-4 since it needs a tranny(no 3rd), t-case, and fuel leak need finding(can't even put 5 gallons in it without smelling the gas), but with all this aside the VR-4 with a sloppy tranny, FWD, bad tires, and no 3rd it still did 110mph in ¿1/8 mile? running full boost (pinned the dummy gauge), stock far as we know except for very expensive air filter setup.

There is an early 90's red Stealth around, also a green first gen 3000GT in the NE PA area. anyone on here from NE PA, mainly the Pocono's? I would love to meet up with some other 3000GT owners. I have a 95 3000GT in red.

I can tell you how we got the PA chapter got started. Several times a year there were posts asking why we didn't have a PA chapter. After a couple of years of reading them, and posting the same question myself, it occurred to me the problem was we were never all asking the question at the same time.
I decided to see of I could get all of us together on the same thread. So I went into the member list and did a search for any member that had PA, Pennsy, Pennsylvania or Penn in their member listing. Then I made a list (had to copy them by hand) of all the members. I then sent out a PM to all of them (over 200) directing them to one thread about starting a PA chapter. That got about 20 of us on the thread. We then brainstormed a little about how to divide the state up (we're a lot bigger than Delaware so you wouldn't need to do this) and then several of the the guys from those areas took over and we have a chapter. We're still in the growing phase, in that it's been hard to get meetings together etc. But at least we have a chapter. The only issue I did run into is that if someone only had USA or a city in their location they didn't turn up on my search. But I still got over 200 addresses and I think we have about 75 or more members signed up for the chapter. Hope this helps. Good luck getting one started! |
