What other kinds of cars are you interested in?

If I had to think of dream cars under $10k, a WS6 would be way down my list.

I want an 02 or 01 because I want it to be the newest year possible. I don't plan on modding it right now. But you know how that goes, I think I decided to pass on this one. I think I'm getting an SS instead, I would rather have a WS6 but this one just throws some flags. I don't want to invest all that effort and time to get there and have to fly home.

And just so everyone who may be skimming this thread, it is not my dream car nor did I ever say that it was. That was someone else, and if it is more power to him. A cars price has nothing to do with how much you want it. Hes just lucky his dream car is so easily attainable. I wish we all could be so lucky. I just wanted to make that clear, these questions seemed directed towards me.

wow this thread has gone off topic - but to answer your question, despite the fact I wouldn't buy this car, you should. You already stated the carfax came up clean, but it looks like the bumper cover was replaced. This meaning (like you already said) that it must have been in a relatively minor fender bender that the owner was able to fix/afford to fix on his own. You also stated that a little body work is something you are quite capable of taking care of and is not a problem.

From reading the what YOU have said it seems pretty obvious that this would be a car YOU would find worth purchasing. I wouldn't be too worried about the "flags" being raised. My first SL had a clean carfax but I later found out it was in a fender bender when I was getting it repainted and doing the 99 conversion. It wasn't noticeable or an issue that would've kept me from buying the car.

I think I've already decided against it. But I thank you sir. 5 pages in and I finally at least got the feedback I was looking for.

Sephiroth, I would stick with the T/A W6 and get the ram air, VERY NICE option I love the SS, but the T/A so so much hotter! take time in finding this car though; as you well know their previous owners in most cases like to rape the hell out of them. Stick with the T/A bro, you will hate yourself if you don't.

On a side note, are you taking you SN from the Kabbalah: are the ten attributes of God, or is it from the character of FF7?

lol, owned... I did not even bother to corollate the avatar with your SN

As for the Firehawk, I think it may be over priced for what you get. IIRC all it has is a few SLP mods, but I could be wrong, been a while You could do the same SLP mods for less. With the FH, you are paying for the badge more so than the mods. Then again I don't think they made too many in the end, so if you want to get it as a collectors piece then cool! But don't mod it

firehawk FTW.

definately the bird to buy out of all of them, imho.

but as far as the SS vs. the WS6: do you like your stealth tt or your vr4 better?

if you said the tt, get the SS. if you said the vr4, get the WS6.

Well I like the look of the TA/Firehawk better but I decided on this. I also really wanted an M6 but I think I got a really good deal for the price.
