Installing HID projectors on 1st gen pop up headlight is an extremely difficult task, and I'll pass on that option.
I've driven on some foggy drizzling rainy nights with fog lights only as the halogen headlights reflected back too much light back at me, not that his occurs often but in some circumstances it worked out better. Now that I have upgraded to HIDs, I speculate it might reflect more light back at me. I just wanted to hear someone say "Yes, HID foglights is the answer to my problem", or "No, HID foglights at 3000K aren't yellow enough, etc and regular yellow fog light bulbs are a better choice for this problem". I'll see how this thread progresses. |
