How in the world is a body kit illegal?
I swear, some of these guys are stretching it. I mean, I hate rice as much as the next decent person, but come on. I will say though, I saw the funniest wing on a Lancer the other day. The retard had turned it upside down and mounted it with two more homemade mounts ( just pieces of metal tube painted to match the car). That's right, upside down.

1050 plus court fees for failing to signal....???? Jeez thats a bit on the extreme considering noone signals here, glad i moved out of VA about the time i got my drivers license. They were too strict in the 70s I'd hate to deal with them in today's environment.
A failure to signal ticket, here, is usually only given if you cause an accident and you are being ticketed for something else. The cops never pull you over initially for no signalling. Which is good since i don't signal unless there is someone in the place i need to be, and i have to get his attention. |

Often times, the police know full well that the charges will get thrown out, but they will write 3-4 tickets for various infractions. The DA will then offer to toss the BS charges if you plead guilty to all of the others. Plus, judges in Fairfax County (VA) will sometimes dismiss the fines/penalites without dismissing the actual charges; when you get outside the courtroom, you are then told that you still need to pay courtfees ($55, last I checked) per charge.
