Just was informed of some new VA laws that will take effect July 1,.. Read and weep Va residents....

Actually the fines in VA are shooting way up, no joke. I was astounded when I read in the paper that we were getting a HUGE budget increase on our roads. Now that I figured out where the money is comming from, I'm not so happy.
