So I definitely want one of these, just wondering if the stage 2 is worth it, or if I could get away with the stage 1. I will be running 19ts hopefully somewhere around 21-22psi, stage 3 XTD clutch, and water/meth injection. I plan on doing a few track runs next year
With the stage 2 on sale now it's a pretty good time to go with that. No one has broken a TC with the stage 2. I've heard of 1 breaking it with the original but they were pushing 700hp. There are plenty of 11 second cars running the stage 1 with no issues which I'm guessing is where you'll be but the extra insurance might be nice if you can swing it.
