Default Trans noise. Need a diagnosis

Ok this is the sound my transmission is making in 2nd gear.

The sound is made in every gear but very quiet in all others than 2nd. Also its made but quieter while in neutral and idling; but gos away when i push in the clutch.

I just replaced the clutch thinking that a clutch spring was broke and making the noise.. Pulled the trans and it obviously wasnt but went ahead and put in the new one anyways.
- Fidanza 2.1, New flywheel and ToB.
Changed my transmission fluid out with pennzoil syncromesh.
-Transmission fluid looked like gold flake paint but had no chunks.

Need some help with this asap on what the problem would be. Tranny has 111k on it. Bout to the point of getting a replacement due to this car just giving me problem after problem over the past few months. (owned it 2 years)

So, let me get this straight.... you removed your transmission while you knew it was making this noise and you knew it "obviously" wasnt the clutch, but you put it back togather and tested it anyway without even cracking the case to take a peak.... that makes no sense. If I went through the work of removing the trans, I would open it to inspect for damage if I had a noise like that. I wouldnt want to do all that work and leave it to chance.

I probably dont need to tell you but I your best bet is to just take the trans back out. I mean, I guess you might make sure it isnt the rear end or the t-case first, but I would bet your just going to have to pull the tranny again.

Sucks man, Id help you out if you lived near me. Mybe just get a trans off a part out on here or mybe another person who upgraded to a tt transmission.

Seeing how he has a BASE... I'm sure it's not his rear end OR his T-Case. LOL

Like I said in your other post... Throwout bearing.
