yeah I pressure tested, and I'm leaking from my y-pipe (stock pos) BOV (stock pos), BISS o-ring & TB o-rings. So I replaced the o-rings, got a dejontool y-pipe and I have a DSM BOV in the mail.

Hopefully that gets rid on my leaks, and most importantly, my hesitation (mainly when it's cold) and overly ritch problems.

Silly, I don't want to burst your bubble, but those o-rings might be made of EPDM rubber. You should check the box to see what they're made of. Nitrile, HI-sat nitrile, silicon, or Viton are what you want.
EPDM rubber will degrade quickly when it contacts oil/fuel. Also the upper temp limit is 250degrees (not sure how hot the TB gets though). I suspect that they are EPDM because it is very good for use with water, and it is the most economical. If the box makes no mention of the composition... most likely EPDM.

if those start leaking some day years down the road, replace them again worst case scenario.

That's what I was saying, just red_3000 has a more eloquent way of saying it.

I was just really careful. I used a lot of pressure on the screwdriver when unscrewing them.

Here is a link with more pics about another o-ring to replace, and how to modify the TB to flow more air if you want to do that.

Might as well get as much done as you can while it's off.

Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't.

An impact screw driver made it almost impossible to strip them though. Those things are bad ass.
