Default Taillights+interior don't work / checked fuse/relays

Last night driving the intrior lights and tail lights just went out for no reason.. today i checked all the fuses, i checked the taillight relay, and tried replacing it with the fog light relay since they are the same part# and everything. Nothing changed. not sure if it helps but i noticed that the digital climate control does not DIM when i turn on the lights, when it is supposed to. Headlights work, break lights work.. what should i check next? thanks

Check the fuses again. Hve you checked the fuse box by the intake?

The tailight fuse is a 15A under the hood (by the intake) and it's on the bottom middle columb of fuses. Even if it looks OK, pull it out and test continuity with an ohmmeter. If it's really old, it may crack from years of thermal expansion but you can't see it.

if you really need to drive you can rig it for now to make the tailights come on with the headlights. You can run a jumper wire from the headlight fuse to the tail light one. Then when the lights are on the tailights will come on.
My car is setup this way thanks to the previous owner.

I might have to do that until the weekend, do you know what wires on the fuse they rigged?
