Default Stuttering question

If the baffle is clogged in your valve cover, and your plenum gasket is bad, wil that cause your inj to dump more fuel causing alot more smoke and stuttering when stomping the throttle. Also i was missing 3 fuel rail spacers.

Where do I start? Vacuum/boost leaks are always going to throw off your cars ability to maintain a proper A/F ratio. If you are leaking badly enough anywhere it could cause your symptoms.
