A Spring Tune Up
Well it's getting about that time, i've tried to drive my VR4 as least as possible thru the winter and am now getting around to thinking about what it needs attention to before this spring/summer.
What are some good things to inspect, replace or clean up prior to the winter? I am planning on doing a good job of cleaning the engine bay in general, while doing that inspecting any hoses/belts. I always check for boost leaks, and pressure test as well. I'm thinking of buying new spark plugs (what's the best plug for the money? recommended gap space?). Transmission & Drivetrain fluids were changed middle of winter so i think they're fine. What are other areas of attention i can look at?
Car is a '91 3000GT VR4 with bolt on mod's (i will be switching from 8psi to about 14psi throughout the summer if that matters)
