Sorry if i wasn't clear...

But anyways it's a CRACK. not carbon deposit from the outside. I can actually feel it with my fingernail. the ceramic is hairline cracked...

I would try to replace wires first.

how tight are u torquing the plug down? looks like a stress fracture from over tightening.

Well I didn't have a torque wrench the day that i changed out the plugs. That said i really don't think i overtightened them... at least not enough to break the damn thing... I do know blind torquing is a no no but i was troubleshooting the miss. I'm getting a torque wrench and changing out the plugs.
That said I am leaning towards the lean mixture caused by the clogged injectors what's everyone's say on that one?
Still no symptoms since the cleaning! 500 miles now.

rule of thumb is always hand tighten, then tighten 1/4 turn by wrench. it's always worked for me.
