Default Some input on a rebuild please

Hey all, I apologize if i offended anyone in my last post but anyways, I am rebuilding my girl and any knowledgeable input would be greatly appreciated. Here's what I plan on doing and any extra thoughts will help.

94 VR-4
Mileage:99,760
Black
White Leather

1) Blitz Dual SBC Spec-R
2) Blitz FATT DC III Turbo Timer
3) Cianci CR-2 Victory Hood
IPS Motorsports
4) 99 VR4 Nose Conversion- I found another grill, not the original, that I like better.
5) IPS complete fuel package
6) K-Sport Coilover
7) Borla SS Catback Exhaust
8) 18T Turbos
9) Flexalite Twin Fans
10) DN Performance FMIC kit
11) K-Sport Procomp Brakes
12) HID conversion kit @ 3sx

Now here's a question I have...I ran across this website last night and this is where I would like to be horsepower wise and suspension etc....450-500 HP if I want it but I'd like to be able to dial back some if I want.

Dynamic Racing :: - 500 HP Stage 4 Kit - SnakeSkinner

That's the upgrade I found after deciding to do what I chose above by myself. Anyone ever purchase this upgrade before and if so how do you like it.

Dynamic Racing :: - 500 HP Stage 4 Kit - SnakeSkinner

If I do this stage I know I will eliminate some of the things I first chose but is this set up from dynamic a good set up?

Here's a couple pics of my stock VR4 before we go into mod stage....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My maintenence is up to date and I am rebuilding after some slight front end damage. I am looking for about 450-500HP...equal suspension set up to run a track-road course but still be street legal. Not a daily driver.

Also what do yall think about the 99 Tail wing ? I really love my active wing on the back but I am thinking about that wing too....which do you like better?
I think I'm going to put on the 99 wing ...maybe I can go back if I don't like it?
