It's a matter of preference. They both have issues and risks involved. There's not an obvious winner.

Back when I was running E316G's I chose a single pump with a BAP...mostly for ease of installation.

Denso or walbro and what percent (voltage) did you run the BAP at?

Denso. With the E316G's I ran it at 25% gain.
